Dupont Circle is the best centrally-located neighborhood in Washington DC! Everything you will need is just steps from your apartment. All apartments are near grocery stores, iconic bookstores, eclectic boutiques, luxurious retailers, top-rated coffee shops, bars, popular restaurants and the very popular Sunday morning Farmers' Market. Many neighborhood residents do not have cars - all they need is within walking distance.
Public Transportation!
Have access to all city subway lines by entering the nearby Dupont Circle Red Line Station. You could not be closer! Major Washington Metropolitan Area Transport Authority and Circulator bus lines are also steps away from our apartments. Car, bike and scooter sharing stations are not much farther. You can even get on a non-stop bus bound for New York City at several spots in the Dupont neighborhood!
It's All Included
Internet, cable television and all utilities are included in our rates. Some units even have gas stoves for those cooks who prefer gas cooking. Housekeeping services are also available for those with limited time to do their own housekeeping. Parking is available at all locations on a first come basis. And no final cleaning fees!

Our business is over two decades old, making us one of the early furnished housing providers in the Washington area. Should you need any assistance, we are pleased to help you on short notice since we too are in the neighborhood. We pride ourselves in our flexibility, and can work with your schedule and employer's requirements in invoicing and payments.
